an unknown error occured during solution

  I'm currently using the ansys workbench to make the magnetostatic simulation with 2024 R2 version. during the simulation my system occured unknown problem with the license. I'm wondering what should I do.

  Under %TEMP%\.ansys directory, you should see .out files
  check those files for license information. Are there errors listed?
  Also. if you lower the max core count in the Solve process to 2, does it run?

  I checked the license information. there is no error showed. and how should i lower the core?

    yes, please lower the core, there isn't enough hpc license available.

  can you take a screen shot of your setup?
  Maxwell 2D/3D->Tools->Options->HPC and Analysis Options
  In the pop up window (HPC and Analysis Options), configuration tab, click "Edit".
  In the new pop up window (Analysis Configuration), please take a screenshot of your setup.
