An error ocurred inside the solver module and Initial penetration

      Hello all,

I'm facing a problem with a simulation in LS-Dyna (workbench suite). I already made all the contact (bonded and friction) and body interaction among my parts (solid and shells) and I have some penetrations between some of them (mostly ocurred because of the mesh between 2 cilindrical shells, the CAD offset is 0 and the offset type is correct, but the mesh is not perfectly cylindrical and i don't need more precision there.

I want to check the Penetration and Initial information in Contact tool, but i received an error: "An error ocurred inside the solver module: general error"  in initial deformation. I dont understand why that happened because i can run the whole model in solution without this problem. Any help or advice for that? I would like to review the status of my contacts.

On another hand, comming back to the penetration problem I said, I would like to use Ignore=1 to avoid the initial penetration caused by the mesh in my contacts. How could I active this parameter in Workbench? I tried to use Keyword Snippet but it caused a solver error and the model doesn't run.

      I'm using Workbench 2026 R1.

      Thanks in advance,

      Marcos.
