I have ansys workbench dynamic explisit.
I got warning and errorÂ
An error occurred when the post processor attempted to load a specific result. Please review all messages.
Current result file may not contain requested result data . Please clear the solution and solve again.
The result file  cannot be opened.I check in the workbench. the solution is checked green but I cannot see the result.
I got it in zip file. I have extracted the file, and cleared generated data but I still got the error

Hi Mohan,
I think there has not result yet because the error appeared 3 second after I click solve.
I got the rar file from my friend. the model is "jacking the steel rod into soil"
My friend and I have run the model with my friend's laptop, and it worked, his licence 2021.
I open in my campus computer remotely and I cleared generated data then solve but it got error.
But when I run the model in my campus computer remotely with licence 2023 R1 research , the error appears.
we can run this first model in the laptop but we will have more complex model to solve in the next step and it will takes so much time using laptop that is why we move to campus computer remotely. I do not know why the first model can be solved in the laptop but it got error when using the computer.
Regards,
Azzah

Hi everyone,
I solve my problem about the error. I see another threads about this.
This error message could be caused by various reasons. You may conduct the following checks:
- Uncheck the box "Distributed" and set the number of cores to 1. Then click Solve. If model runs, it means that you need to install MPI tools, for example Intel MPI, before running the model with HPC ("Distributed" box checked).
- If the WB project is stored in a network drive or a shared folder or MS One-Drive, save the project using Save As to a local drive, for example, C drive, and see if the model runs. If yes, you need to run the model in a local drive and then move the project to a safe location after the simulation has finished.
- Check the Solver Output to see if there are any error messages about materials, contacts, boundary conditions, ..., etc.Â

I did number 2. Hopefully this answer will help.
but it is quite weird because running model with campus computer takes more time to solve than using laptop. Although the campus computer spec is way higher than the laptop. Maybe becuase I am using Remote Desktop Protocol. If there is someone is facing same problem. Maybe you can comment in here to give me an advice. Thank you
