  Using 2025R1 student, step is set to 1, sim is for a sprocket using 10 forces and the center spline fixed. mesh is 1 mm. Any help is much apreciated. Thank you

  Hello,
  Please check and ensure that the Yield Strength property is defined for all the materials that are assigned to your components.
  The Safety Factor result could be potentially causing this error.
  First suppress all results and confirm that the model can be solved to rule out other issues with model setup.
  Then unsuppress the results to check which result is causing the issue.
