SubscriberHi,
I am running Ansys Electronics Desktop 2024 R2. When a HFSS parametric analysis is run it gets stuck. It usually gets stuck while trying to clean up solution data before starting another simulation. The computer has plenty of RAM and cores to run simulations in parallel.

Ansys EmployeeA full TEMP folder may be the cause. Try emptying it.
Large Scale DSO can help for very large amout of parametric variations:

SubscriberHi Aymen,
Thank you for the response. I did a test simulation using the GUI desktop with an HFSS example that contains a parametric analysis. The parametric analysis got stuck while running the relatively simple HFSS example.
Your links did not work.

Thank you.
