Adding Coulomb Friction Model and other contact properties in Ansys

      I am trying to replicate this paper that represents mortar as contact surfaces between blocks in ansys. 

      They use a coulomb friction model and added other contact properties (as attached) to their model. I'm not sure how to add coulomb friction model and tangential stiffness to my current model. Any advices/solutions would greatly help.
