Hello. I have been trying to simulate broadband noise model acoustics for a certain 2D model and I happen to get these large spots where there is no sound power levels. This issue is only noticeable for acoustics and nothing else. My meshing is correct(afaik). I ran and re-ran simulations to fix this but even then it persists, please help me here I would really appreciate it!
I notice two major areas of issue, one at the top where there is a large portion of no power, and one near the centreline where there is yet another area of no sound. Why has this happened? I would love to clear this up and fix it
I have linked the images for the acoustics and the turbulence Kinetic energy, if anyone requires anything else from the simulation file I am happy to share it.
Thank you -

This could be due to mesh sizes.. Would you please refine the mesh and check. Also its good if you explain your CFD set up.Â
