A Geometry with Separate Parts. Confused about Shared Topology!

      Hi,

I am trying to simulate a capsule with 10 filters in it. the length of the capsule is 1m and its diameter is 2 cm, so if I use unstructured mesh, the number of elements would be more than 400million. Therefore, for being able to use structured mesh, I blocked the whole model with SpaceClaim. But, I am confused about the Shared Topology! I have attached the cross-section of the capsule and the mesh.

I could fixed the Non-Positive Volume Cells and Interface Zones Overlap errors by improving the mesh, but I still have another issue! when I open Fluent, it generated shadow walls for each interface, which is fine. but it generates 4 walls, which seem not shadow, they seem like real walls! bellow is the figure :

and in the next figure you see it in CFD-POST:

Would you guide me on that?

I could fix this issue too. I explain it here in case anyone faces this issue in future.
There was a tiny gap between the blocks, and that gap generated those walls. I went back to Spaceclaim and fixed the gap and remeshed the model and the problem got fixed.
Another issue was because of the connections. Instead of selecting a face as the interface between two domains, it turned out that an edge was selected by mistake! and this caused the issue.

Hope this post is hopeful for others.

      Good that issue is resolved.
