Ansys Employee这个属于第三方软件,我不清楚。
很可能是坐标抽样的问题,Lumerical是非均匀网格,其它软件例如Matlab是均匀网格 Ansys Insight: Matlab画图失真问题
请用Lumerical的Visualizer看矢量作图,或者脚本

Ansys Employee这个应该是理论问题了。
应该可以存在电场和磁场啊,只有理想金属里面不可能,因为都在表面。当然实际金属内部的电磁场可能随距离变化很快衰减。
建议先用Lumerical的Visualizer看,以此作为表征查看第三方软件的结果是否正确。当然第三方软件作图应该是很漂亮很容易编辑操作。
