Subscriber老师您好,请问在吸波器的2D扫参时,当波长与仿真区域的横向周期相等时,反射光谱会出现剧烈波动,请问这是什么原因呢,利用吸收率1-T-R计算出的吸收光谱如下,x方向边界条件是pml,y和z方向是periodic。感谢老师解答

Ansys Employee这应该有物理原因,应该是衍射级有较大变化。同一个结构不同波长的响应是不同的,你可以用光栅分析看看衍射角衍射级:

如果衍射角很大,就需要使用SteepAnglePML,增加层数等。
另外,如果仿真不需要太大内存的话,请在周期方向将细化网格的延申到周期边界之外。
另外,等仿真结果看起来不错的情况下,可能需要再增加监视器点数,是曲线更光滑。
