      Hi 

      I simulated 3um width differential lines with 2um spacing on 1um SiO2 and 100um Silicon using HFSS 3D. 

      I have attached the E-field from the simulation, which sees a total reflection away from the substrate. So the simulation is not right.

      How do I set up the simulation right? I do not see this issue in ADS Momentum.

      Hi,

      Thank you for reaching out to the Ansys learning forum. 

      Please go through Differential Microstrip example project availabe under Open Examples > HFSS > Transmission lines if you are implementing in microstrip. This project also contains one PDF describing the model.
