Review the answer I gave here, which was written from my Structural Mechanics experience. I did some benchmark testing to show that with ANSYS 15.0, there was not much to be gained from a GPU for my Structural models. My understanding is that CFD problems benefit much more from the addition of a GPU, so I would add the best GPU card(s) you can afford. Check the list of certified GPU cards here. The cards are limited by the OS you are running. I expect others may have opinions they will be happy to share.
