If the existing material data indicates that its composition solid, you can not simply change the composition to lamination and expect all the properties will match for lamination.

As electrical steel properties are highly dependent on manufacturing and thickness, you need to get the data for that particular lamination thickness either from the manufacturer you are sourcing it or from a reliable source. The user is responsible for verifying whether the martial properties data is correct.

You can clone the existing martial and use that as a template to enter the custom data. Once you have the loss vs frequency data, enter it in the martial definition.
Since the loss data is specific to the lamination thickness. it will take care of the lamination thickness and entering the stacking factor takes care of the amount of steel in the sator or rotor.
