To debug the issue, please assist us with the following: 

  1. Run a simulation example from our website, >>Parameter sweep utility – Ansys Optics ? Run this directly and also run the the sweep as shown in the image below. 
  2. Download a simulation and script (.lsf) from our website, e.g. >>Photonic Crystal Slab (RCWA) – Ansys Optics. 
  3. Run the script from the example above #2 and send a screenshot of the error message (if any).
