Hi,

Please check if your machine is pointing to correct servername, launch Ansys Client licenisng Settings and verify if information mentioned is correct.

For AnsysWBU.exe error can you please launch your Event Viewer> Exppand Windows log> Application log and check if any error is mention over there if yes then please share screenshot of it.
