You REALLY need to know what the geometry is before going anywhere near a computer. PHX are also a difficult geometry to build depending on the plate design. 

Otherwise, start with the courses in Learning (geometry, mesh and Fluent) along with heat transfer and (possibly) some of the physics/fluids content.Â
