Does the version folder indicate the exact same version as your Rocky is? The same is valid for the SDK. It should be the same version as your Rocky.

In which folder are you putting your modules? 

For tutorial 18, for example, it should be like:

...\Documents\Rocky\Modules\24.2.0\liquid_bridge
