With pave it's virtually impossible, and whilst there are a few tricks in Fluent they're generally not worth the effort. Why have you split the pipe like that and why do you need a symmetric mesh?

As an aside, you're also looking at a cut through the cells. In the cut plane panel look for a blue-ish triangle, clicking that should show the whole cell on the cut layer.
