Yes, I have gone through the zemax help documentation for diode laser source. All I understood from the help was how to 

define α_x  and α_y from θ_fwhm , where a formula given: α_{x  =θfwhm/sqr(2 Ln 2)}

_{Other than that I could not really understand how I could calculate other parameters for the diode laser based on the diode laser datasheet info provided by the manufacturer. all other parameters like X and Y super Gauss, Wx, Sx, Hx, Wy, Sy, and Hy, and also Astigmatism.}
