Yeah, meshing between the big hole and the smaller holes will be tough. I am able to make the blocking for that case, though, using the O-Grid tool. The real time-consuming part is the pores.
That is also a good point about the mesh size. The existing tet-mesh is already very fine, so I figured if it was a hex mesh of the same size, we would still have a reduction in the cell count.
