Hey, 

You can start with a static structural analysis. Geometry appears simple. Model the sheet and cable. 

To model the cable you can use beam elements and  change its behaviour setting to 'Cable'. This will ensure that the beam behaves like a cable.

You can apply pressure to model the weight of the surrounding soil, meanwhile a force on the cable to pull it against the pressure of soil. 

To postprocess it check whether the stress levels in the sheet have gone above yield marking general material failure.
