Try to launch fluent via workbench, if any error share the screenshot. Goto .ansys folder (%temp% ), open the *fluent241.out file and share the screenshot with latest timestamp.
Rename the Ansys folder %appdata% and try to relaunch.
Try to run productconfig.exe as an admin (C:\program files\ansys inc\ansys student\v241) and unconfigure and then configure it again.
Also can you try v242 too?
