Image does not show any error.

As you mentioned that you can easily import cube, then your CAD configuration must be correct.

Can you please export any neutral format from SpaceClaim like step or iges and then try to import it in SpaceClaim.

You can try one more thing: Close all sessions. Go to C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\Ansys and rename v241 folder to v241_old.

If this does not work then try to uninstall and reinstall it.
