Hi Syed,

No it's not needed everything, whenever you don't close application properly/ network disturbance/ licenses stucked you will have this issue, to avoid it close your application from file> close/exit/quit option.

Also, this should be done from client end, from server end you can restart the LM to avoid to this issue.
