Hi Jiwon, reaction probes, in general, give nodal reactions. Below is a snip from the help documenation for heat reaction probe. The sign indicates whether the heat is flowing into or out of the body. For example if you apply a +10W heat load (heat flowing into structure) then you would expect a -10W reaction (heat flowing into the sink) in a steady state analysis.
