Force and moment (and possibly displacement and rotations) are not the only convergence criteria that may be activated.  Others include contact penetration, volume (for incompressible materials), strain step size for plastic and creep,.....I feel like I'm missing another but you get the point.  It's very possible that while the force and moment convergence criteria have been met some other criteria has not.  You'll need to review more of the output.
