Hi, polyflow lets you set dependence using evolution based and PMAT based functions. You might want to look into it:  User manual - Chapter 28: Evolution

Also, polyflow UDFs are written in CLIPS language. You can go through the manual (or web) for some examples: User manual - Chapter 32: User-Defined Functions (UDFs)
