Hi Taynara,

It looks like the first mode profile is a TE mode and the 2nd one is a TM mode. The 2nd mode in FDE matches more closely to the 1st mode in EME. I believe the TE mode is not being shown in EME. Can you use a mesh override region over the waveguide with a finer mesh resolution in EME and rerun the eigenmode solver? Let me know if you don't see any difference.
