The error indicates that you are having intermittent network connection issues with your license server. licensing error: -5 and licensing error: -15

This typically happens if you are connecting to the server via Internet/VPN. Fixing the network connectivity issues should resolve the issue of not being able to connect and checkout the license from your server. Otherwise, you might have to host/run the licenses on a server on your local area network (LAN/same location) to avoid Internet/WAN connectivity issues.Â
