Not an expert in FSI, but yes.

Most important is:

choose Source time to ALL and not Worksheet (to import ALL time data ).

For time step size you might want to change that if you look into dynamic effects (/forum/forums/topic/how-do-calculate-time-step-size-in-ansys-transient-structural/)
