Hello John,

Look at the Legend and notice that it has the words Custom Obsolete on it. That is the clue that the lengend is not showing the correct range of stress values.

Just right click on the Legend and select Reset All or Adjust to Visible and the numbers on the lengend will change to cover the full range of stress in the parts on the screen.
