Hello,

Unfortunatelly these crash errors need further investigation to understand the cause of the issue. This type of investigation is in scope of the technical support which needs the coopeartion with the development team. The crash that creates a dump files sometimes if even related to bugs. 

I'm sorry, but we can't provide support for this specific issue as it falls outside our current eligibility criteria.
