Hello
I also have your exact operating system, however, when I compare it with a system with CPU i7 4770K (4 cores), its speed is not very high and there is a slight difference.
Do you also have this problem?
Do I have to do anything special?

When I open Fluent, I get this message in the Fluent console. Do you also receive this message?
