Hello Vivek,

Is this the first time you're using 23R1? Can you try resetting app data and let us know if that didn't help.

  1. Go to the Start Menu and open %temp% folder. Search for ‘.ansys’ folder and rename it to ‘.ansys.old’ then launch the application. 
  2. Open a file explorer and type %appdata% in the address bar.

Locate the Ansys folder --> select version (V231) and rename it to V231.old

Also did you check Gary's link to another discussion. I would recommend you to start a new post, instead of following on old threads.
