Actually you do no need to upload your simulation file, as Ansys staff are not allowed to open client files in this forum due to regulation requirement. However you can give screenshots as you did.

Before I can give you suggestions, may I know what kind of device is this? how does this device work with what illumination in experiment? Which part of device you want to get the absorption?

Your current setting has a problem that the result will change with TFSF lateral size, and the simulation lateral span also seems arbitrary.
