how to resolve unknown error which is non-recoverable by ANSYS ?

      In my modelling I'm unable to get any solution n************************************************************************n The above error is non-recoverable by ANSYS n ANSYS run terminated by the indicated error n Current data base saved if possible. n ******************************************************************nIs there any way to resolve my problem...Thanks in advancenn*** FATAL *** CP = 0.672 TIME= 1***n The requested number of distributed-memory processes (6) exceeds the n number of physical processors that are available (4) on machine: n LAPTOP-LTCEBCQU. The use of virtual processors is not recommended. n It is required that you use a maximum of 4 distributed-memory n processes on this machine. n

      If you are using Workbench Mechanical, type a 4 where the cursor is pointing.n
