How to define the contact thermal resistance

I would like to ask how to define the contact thermal resistance between dual thermal resistance components and other entities, such as the ultra-thin thermal conductive material between the chip and the heat dissipation housing。

      Hi,

You define contact resistance in the network settings if you have created a 2R network. In the network object dialog, select the node or link where you want to define contact resistance.
You can either compute the resistance based on material properties (thickness and thermal conductivity), or specify the resistance value directly if it is known

Thank you for your help. I have already defined equivalent thermal resistance for nodes in 2R networks in aedt icepak, which is very useful. However, in the definition of the 2R network in the block of classic icepak, I couldn't find an option to define the contact surface separately. There is only an "Interface resistance". Is this the one to choose? But I can't determine which plane it is
