Overlapping Bodies cant make rotating fluid zone

there's no overlapping bodies in the view. But when i assigned a rotating fluid zone it says "rotating fluid zone cannot be applied to overlapping boddies"
ive tried anything but it doenst work.it works when when setup is only a rotating fluid and a domain - fluid motion alone. but when i use it to the whole setup. roof + turbine - heating + rotating + wind. The rotating domain has always a problem.
can you help me with this pls
