Solver Failed Due to Poor Mesh Quality

I am trying to run a thermal simulation using ANSYS Icepak but am having issues during the analysis/solver step. The project has imported geometry from SolidWorks and I've simplified it as much as possible to mesh more easily. The model is a power module that has a pin-fin baseplate that has coolant flowing through it. I have refined the mesh the best that I could, but it still fails when I try to run the simulation. I have attached an image of one of the meshs. I had a mesh that was even finer than this but the simulation still failed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What error message do you see in the messge window? If you have both air and liquid in the model, are these two separated? Icepak supports multi-fluids, but they must be separated.

I have deleted the air in the model and I just have coolant running through through the base plate. I changed the mesh settings again but the same error came up again. I have attached some more images below.

please click on any bar in the histogram to view the corresponding mesh cells in the Modeler window. You can reduce the Max value to focus on elements with poor quality. Please check both Face Alignment and Skewness. If you have very thin fin or small space between fins in the model, check the mesh on them to make sure they are properly meshed. If not, please use Mesh Operation and Mesh Region to improve mesh quality.

Please review our training material on Ansys learning hub regarding meshing. Thanks.
