charge 전기장 시뮬레이션 문제

안녕하세요. lumerical charge solver에서 electric field monitor를 이용하여 3D 전기장 시뮬레이션을 했습니다.
보시는 그림과 같이 같은 매질안에서 sharp한 spike(뾰족뾰족하게 나오는 부분)를 띄고있습니다.
mesh 크기도 줄여보고, auto refinement setting도 조절해보고, boundary region의 크기 및 triangle quality역시 조절해봤으나 여전히 문제가 발생하여 도움을 요청드립니다.
