I want to see the SAR in a box that I made and I have set the properties of Muscle to it by using a dataset. I want to see the SAR at the surface of the Muscle box but I get the error "Average SAR calculation with invalid tissues, please check your SAR settings". I want to know how I can add that object to the Tissue Object List. I would also appreciate any links related to SAR simulation in HFSS. Thank you.

Select the object for which you want to calculate SAR in advance, select Modeler > List > Create > Object List from the menu, create an Objectlist under Lists in the Model tree, and select it.
