We have a Dell workstation with ANSYS 2024 R2. Earlier we used to run parallel processing with all 32 cores along with GPU acceleration. We now have a licensing error while running a model that only 4 cores are eligible to be used, no GPU can be utilized.

We are using ANSYS Workbench, and generally use the Mechanical Modules like Thermal electric ,Transient and Static Structural and Thermal, etc.

Our model is too large to be solved using limited cores.
