Hello everyone,

I'm working on static structural analysis of 16 tons bogie axle. I have completed all contacts and mesh processes. But I see ''An unknown error occurred during solution.  Check the Solver Output on the Solution Information object for possible causes.'' type of error. 

There are a lot of entry about this situation. I tried everything but not working. ( core number :2 , turn off distribute solution etc. )

Could you help me please ?

You have so many warning messages about element shape that the error is not included in this file.  It is in another file. Please show the actual error message.

Another file ? Where do I find actual error. I don't understand.

''One or more parts were found to be unmodified so smart updated.'' I always see this warning message. Could this error be due to this warning message ?

Ignore that message about smart updated, it has nothing to do with your problem.

In Mechanical, right click on Solution and in the pop-up, you can Open Solver Files Directory.  In that directory is file0.err which has the error in it.
