      When I validate the axial flux motor that I designed in Maxwell, there is no problem, but when I submit it for analysis, 
      I receive the error "Please contact technical support and report installation error code 1000."
       What is the reason for this and what do I need to fix?

      In order to rule out of installation issue, could you please give an example file a try see if this error exists?

      I analyzed one of the sample files. No such problem was found.
