SubscriberHi
I am running an unsteady simulation with RANS Reynolds stress BSL turbulence model. I have set the time step to 1e-4 but it is taking a lot of time to even reach steady state, almost 6-7 days.(around 700K elements 3D mesh). Can someone suggest something what changes can i make to make the convergence faster? I am using p-v coupling and an implict time integration scheme. SO i tried incresing the time step to 1e-2 and it is running now. What changes can i make to make the convergence faster?
thanks

Ansys EmployeeHello,
The speed of the simulation depends on the mesh size, number of cores and computational resources as a whole. Please ensure you have them sufficiently.
