  I am currently analyzing the design of a floating jetty subjected to wave impacts using Ansys Fluent. This involves studying the hydrodynamic forces and free-surface deformation caused by waves, as well as evaluating the structural response of the jetty's beams. However, I am facing challenges in importing my design from Advance Steel into Ansys while retaining the detailed data of the beams, such as cross-sections, material properties.

  Hi,
  I think this analysis should be performed using Ansys AQWA rather than Fluent. What is the file format that you are trying to import? What is the error you see?
