Ansys Electronics crash problem

  I am using Ansys Electronics -RMXPRT for single phase induction motor FE analysis. Whenever i am selecting rotor material the software crashes.
  Please resolve my problem.

  hi, could you please test an example file? Does it run through or the same crash happens?

  The example file is running perfectly.
  But in my project file when i click on rotor material selection, the Ansys gets crash
