Hi all,

We recently purchased an academic research license and have been working with this for over a month. While running an analysis earlier today, I got this error: 

 

[license/error] *** ANSYS LICENSE MANAGER ERROR ***

[license/error] Insufficient FlexNet Publisher (FNP) license count of dyna are available for use, only 0 of the requested 1 tasks were available.

 

*** Error 70022 (OTH+22)

     

    Please file a Service Request (SR) via the ANSYS Customer

    Portal at https://support.ansys.com.

     

    Customers using an academic license may seek assistance

    at https://forum.ansys.com

This is really odd since this license should be valid for 3 more months and there are no other analyses being conducted using this license, I am the only user.

I suspect you want to reach out to your provider but my guess is you have a LS-dyna related process that’s still open and taking up the license. 

try rebooting your computer entirely and try again may help.

Hi, Please check through Ansys Licensing Settings> Feature in Use tab, if dyna licenses are available? According to your error it's not.
