Electric field in Transient Simulation wit Motion

      I want to essentially simulate the following:

      I have two seperate metal objects. I want to apply different time-varying voltages on each of the objects. Around this object there are some other non-metal parts. All this objects are stationary.

      Additionally there is another group of objects, consisting of metal and non-metal parts, which I want to move past the other group of objects. (I am simplifying here to clarify principle questions. I am actually simulating a vacuum-switch)

      Now I have this problem in Ansys-Maxwell:

      In the Electric-Transient solver I am able to assign time-varying excitations and I get the electrical fields for each time-step. But there is no way to assign a motion for the moving parts.

      In the Transient solver I am able to assign a motion to the moving parts (and maybe also a time-varying voltages, but couldnt work it out yet). But the solver gives me only the Magnetic fields. I am interrested in the electrical and electric-potential field.

       

      What solver should I use for my problem and what should I do? Maybe a way how to obtain the electrical fields in the transient solver or how to set up a motion for the electric-transient solver?

      Thanks for the reply.

      Yeah, I also think the Transient solver is the right choice, because of its capability to handle motions. And I think also, that applying the time-varying voltages should be somehow possible, maybe through user-defined functions as You have said.

      The main question here is, how do I obtain the electric-field out of the magnetic-field and the current-density, which the solver only gives me. Right now I am recapitulating my electrodynamics-theory, because I am sure this should be possible through mathematical/physical calculations of the given solution-fields H, B and J. But I am not sure, if this is right.
