Forum ModeratorWhat are you trying to model? The volumes don't look to be connected so you won't get a conformal mesh and sweep should work fine along the length of the pipes.Â

If there are any internal details, hex mesh may fail.Â
then you can use tet mesh with inflation.Â

Ansys Employeei can see some tet mesh in your images.Â
please seletct source and target faces while defining multizone.Â
if multizone fails, you can also try sweep method.Â
please check help document for sweep method.Â

Forum ModeratorTurn off all the local sizing and set the global values to be something sensible. Use a multibody part and turn off multizone. What happens?
